Real time UK required a series of head and body scans in order to create 6 x 1 hour episodes of mummies alive for impossible Factual. In order to give the animation team the most possible choice we shot over 1000 different expressions over 2 days. The team then made their selections from the contact sheets we provided. Once the various expressions were approved we processed / cleaned and textured the scans and delivered them to Real time UK’s art department as high resolution Ztools with 15,000 x 15,000 texture maps.
