Dying Light

Ten24’s team of artists created a range of characters and environments for the Dying Light announcement trailer shown at E3 2013.  The main character was scanned using our state of the art head capture system, after which we retopologised the raw mesh in order to deliver an animation ready model.  We also created two zombies, both were modeled from scratch using a combination of Zbrush, Modo and Maya with Photoshop for texturing.

The Rooftop and Sewer environments were modeled in Modo with basic texturing.  The Sewer was built to be modular so that sections could easily be reused to fit the length of the animation, and we also supplied some generic pipes and props to be distributed around the final scene.
